Using our games

You can play for personal, non-commercial fun. Do not copy the games, resell access, or break them to gain an advantage. We may change, pause, or retire a game.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for play and purchases made from your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.

Playing fair

Do not cheat, harass other players, or use the games to break the law. We can remove scores, items, or access when someone does.

Our work

The games, names, art, and text belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You get a personal licence to play. You do not get ownership of the games.

Payments

Paid items are covered by our Refund Policy. Prices can change, and a purchase is complete when the store or payment provider confirms it.

If something goes wrong

The games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of bugs. Where the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost items, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under Indian law.

The law that applies

These terms follow the laws of India. If a dispute needs a court, the courts of India can hear it.
